The R&D Department uses a Rheometer, Hardness Tester (made in Japan), Tensile Tester, Direct Specific Gravity Balance, Leak Tester, Oven Aging & Muffle Furnace, Dumbell Cutter, Back Flow Testing Machine, U.V. Lamp & Tachometer.

Compounding is carried out and required results are checked on sample basis. Tests are carried out and compared with the specifications of components and materials are released for production. First turnout is taken, checked and then production is allowed and an hourly check is maintained. We are an ISO 9001 certified company now heading for TS. |
